About Fit For Life and Club Energy Omagh

Welcome to Fit For Life & Club Energy. We're now a fully unmanned gym, so you will need to purchase a gym membership or day pass in advance of arriving at the gym. Once you have registered using the 'Join Now' link you can download the 'Clubright app' to select your preferred membership. Scan your QR code at the door to enter. If you require an induction or would like to enquire about gym programs or personal training you can send us a message to make an appointment.

Frequently asked questions

How do I join up?
Select the 'JOIN NOW' tab, Fill in all your details to get registered. You can then download the CLUBRIGHT app to purchase your membership.
Do I need an induction to use the gym floor?
If you're new to the gym or have never used gym equipment before then yes you'll need to get in contact to book an induction. If you're already a confident gym user then you can opt out when filling in your PAR Q. Inductions need to be booked in advance.
Are the classes suitable for all abilities?
While our classes are very inclusive, we can't adjust an entire class set up around any one individuals specific needs. You will enjoy the class better if you have some lifting experience. If you have no gym or class experience we strongly suggest that you invest in a few weeks of 1-2-1 personal training so that you learn the basic movement patterns required for most exercises that you will complete in classes.
Do I need to book classes?
YES! We accept bookings only for class attendance. Class bookings open up 7 days in advance in your app if you have a valid membership. You can book your place in a class up to 30 minutes before the class start time, and after this time, bookings close so we can prepare a specific class for the number of attendees and abilities. If you need to cancel your class, you can do this in your app up to 1 hour before the class start time.
